Honing in on your niche as a life coach can be pretty difficult because as coaches, we want to help everyone! And while that is a very admirable desire, it simply is not possible.
When you niche your business you make everything easier for yourself and your potential clients. It becomes easier for you to create content, products and programs and it makes marketing them a breeze when you know exactly who your target audience is. It also makes it easier for your potential clients to make a decision on whether you are the solution to their problem.
The problem coaches have around creating a niche in their business is that they think they are going to drive people away from their business, but the exact opposite is true.
Image you are in the market for a waterfront property on Virginia Beach. You see two real estate signs. One reads, "Angel Richardson's Real Estate Group" and the other reads, "Angel Richardson's Real Estate Group, Specializing in Waterfront Property". Which Realtor are you going to call? The one who specializes in the exact property you are looking for!
