5 Things I Do Every Morning

1. Be Still and Meditate
Allow your body to rest in its awake state. You are about to start your day attending to the needs of everyone else so you want to make sure you are filled up before pouring out. Be still, but be awake. Visualize what you want your day to look like during this time. Your body is soft and relaxed during this time. Take time to enjoy it. (This is also a great time for sex with your spouse;))

2. Give thanks
Verbally give thanks and express gratitude through journaling. During this time I write my gratitude list, affirmations and goals.

3. TBN
I watch Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN) every morning. I am so grateful for Paul and Jan Croutch's vision. 


4. Eat
I usually eat a toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread with my coffee. (That is my FAV!)

5. Work Out
I work out 45 minutes a day Monday - Friday.

I wake up, and the ring tone on my phone is Cherish the Day by Sade.
